Idea Exchange: Decorated mugs: Green fun for the whole team

We got tired of the waste created by disposable cups, so we bought white coffee mugs for all employees and some special craft markers. At the next staff meeting, we spent the first 15 minutes decorating mugs. After baking them in an oven, they were dishwasher safe, and each team member had a personalized mug. We hang them in the break room, and everyone is responsible for cleaning and replacing his or her creation.
