Administering an intranasal Bordetella bronchiseptica vaccine in a 3-week-old toy-breed puppy can be a challenge because its nares are tiny. But if you cut down an 18-ga flexible intravenous catheter to ¼ in and place it on a syringe, you can administer the vaccine more quickly and easily.
