How veterinary surgery is a part of pain management treatment

In an interview, Mario Cabrera, DVM, CVA, explains how he first got interested in veterinary surgery. Mario Cabrera, DVM, CVA: Well I am a second-generation veterinarian, so I was fortunate to have a dad that was a vet. He wasn't a surgeon, but he was definitely interested in surgery so I got to see a lot of that stuff when I was a kid.
