How telehealth can promote access to care

Donita McCants, DVM: Access to care is a difficult thing sometimes for people, especially those that may not have transportation. So having this option is amazing, especially for me as a concierge veterinarian because some of my clients, they don't have what they need to get to locations or they may not have a lot of money.
