How multi-practice owners and managers can succeed

In the correct situation, a multi-practice manager can be a major asset to an owner, provided everyone is on the same page.

Multiple-practice owners may or may not need a manager at each location. Shelley Johnson, CVPM, says that in cases where one manager oversees multiple locations, clear communication will help everyone succeed.
