If your veterinary practice is divided into location-based cliques, CVC educator Bash Halow, LVT, CVPM, has one question for you: Who's benefiting from the unrest? Anyone?

“If you were to meet as a group-client care representatives, technicians, vets, etc.-and talk about what's going on, it's pretty darn difficult to identify positive reasons to be mean, nasty and unprofessional with each other, however warranted it may feel,” Halow says.
