Here's a before-and-after example of the benefits of using a low-stress handling technique to administer ophthalmic medication to a kitten from Emily Levine, DVM, MRCVS, DACVB, and the behavior team at Animal Emergency & Referral Associates in Fairfield, New Jersey.
