Encore Vet Group has been recognized as A Great Place to Work, an award where employees can report on their workplace environment

Encore Vet group has been named A Great Place to Work for the second year in a row. Awarded by an organization called Great Place to Work, this award is described as, “based entirely on what employees report about their workplace experience—specifically, how consistently they experience a high-trust workplace.”1 The 2 organizations plan to celebrate this achievement on Certification Nation Day on May 17, 2022.

Great Place to Work Certification is recognized worldwide and is the benchmark for identifying outstanding employee experiences. To find the top companies each year, Great Place to Work uses research that is, “backed by data compiled from over 100 million employee engagement surveys around the globe.”2

Great Place to Work states that their goal is to, “help companies around the world survey their employees, benchmark their results, identify gaps and improve their workplace culture.” In order to participate in one of their surveys and awards, companies must have at least 10 full-time or part-time employees; sign up by the deadline; and use the company’s flagship assessment, the Trust Index; and complete a Culture Brief.2

Michael C. Bush, CEO at Great Place to Work, commented on this certification saying, “Certified companies put employees first. Thriving employees increase revenue, profit and provide market-leading customer experiences.”1

According to Great Place to Work research, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.1

Encore Vet Group partners with veterinary practices to “broaden the community, bring people together, and support the future of veterinary medicine.”1 They are honored to have received this award for the second year and they hope to continue to be the “employer-of-choice in the veterinary space.”1

Encore is focused on assisting veterinary professionals through their network of hospital partners and the company hopes to create opportunities for professional development, operational growth, and clinical expertise.
