Dr. Marty Pets opens nominations for the 2022 Paw Parent Hall of Fame
In honor of National Paw Parent Appreciation Day, the company will induct 3 exceptional dog and cat parents into the inaugural Paw Parent Hall of Fame.
In honor of Paw Parent Appreciation Day on April 19, 2022, Dr Marty Pets has opened nominations for the inaugural Paw Parent Hall of Fame.
According to a company release,1 the Paw Parent Hall of Fame contest was launched to recognize extraordinary pet owners nationwide who have offered their pets the highest quality care, nutrition, and support.
"As pet parents, one of the most important things we can provide for our beloved dogs and cats is unconditional love," said Marty Goldstein, DVM, and founder of Dr. Marty Pets, in the release.1
"It is our honor to recognize the amazing acts of service and love that these exceptional pet parents give, exemplifying what it means to give their all to the pets who make our lives so much more vibrant,” he continued.
Dr. Marty Pets encourages nominations of all animal care providers such as veterinarians and veterinary technicians, animal rescue heroes and fosters, and the everyday pet parent who provides outstanding care for their companion animal. The nomination period opens today and closes on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at 11:59 pm PST.
According to the release,1 Dr. Marty Pets' team will induct 3 finalists into the Paw Parent Hall of Fame. There will be 1 Most Valuable Paw Parent (MVPP) who will win a $2,000 prize and a $500 donation made in their name to a local animal shelter or pet charity of their choice.
Along with the MVPP, the 2 other finalists will win a $500 prize and a $500 donation made in their name to the local animal shelter or pet charity of their choice. Each finalist will be celebrated and spotlighted on the company's social media pages.
On National Paw Parent Appreciation Day, the finalists will be officially inducted into the Paw Parent Hall of Fame.
