Dirty veterinary clinic? Clean it up
Turning cleaning into a game works for children and it just might work for team members, too.

During your slow days at the clinic, assign every staff member an hour during the day to seek out and clean the dirtiest or messiest parts of the hospital. Lend each staff member a digital camera so he or she can take before-and-after photos. After the day has passed and everyone has cleaned their areas, use the pictures to judge the best—and most creative—cleanups. Then reward your employees with fun prizes.
