The powerful 28,000 to 30,000 HZ scaler allows for fast supragingival and subgingival plaque and calculus removal. The prophylactic action of the polisher comes from the release of sodium bicarbonate and pressurized water, which removes stains and polishes the tooth surface with little or no heat. The result is less chance of iatrogenic pulpal thermal damage.
