"We use a special bright yellow refill prescription slip to flag medication refills when clients call," Strauss says. "Team members fill out the form with call date and time, pickup date and time, medication requested, number of refills, and phone number. This bright yellow stands out on the doctors' desks so they review and approve or deny quickly."
