In this presentation, Dr. Berger, a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist and a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists, discusses the various color changes in the cornea that the clinician may observe in patients with ocular disease. In addition to a brief overview of normal corneal anatomy and physiology, she discusses the pathophysiologic reasons for the various color changes that can be observed, as well as the considerations that the clinician should bear in mind as to potential causes for those various color changes.
