Coretech Holdings, LLC introduces Perfusion One, an animal perfusion device designed to prevent the gross shrinkage usually caused by fixation.This device preserves the extracellular space in the brain, thoroughly washes out red blood cells to eliminate the source of background staining and reduces cell membrane damage to enable stronger labeling of cell contents, the company says. The Perfusion One device uses pre-wash with 10 percent isotonic sucrose in distilled water, the company says.
