Maybe. This is a good test for patients with suspected exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI). However, Roxy has profound hypoalbuminemia that requires work up and is rarely seen with EPI alone. So while TLI may be considered as an ancillary test, the proteinuria must be evaluated first.
