Cadmus TPLO Plates

Jorgensen Laboratories, Inc. introduces the Cadmus TPLO plates.

These plates were designed by Dr. Calvin Cadmus, who has performed a large number of TPLO procedures, the company says.

He recognized that when the TPLO is centered along the long axis of the tibia, it holds many advantages over a non-centered osteotomy.

The existing TPLO plates are often too large to apply to a centered osteotomy, the company adds.

Cadmus developed a plate design to suit this procedure. Also available is a template that eliminates complicated measurements and makes the centering of the osteotomy easy.
