Brampton Co. acquires Veterinarian's Best

-- The Brampton Co. announced that it completed its acquisition of Veterinarian's Best.

Veterinarian's Best develops, markets and distributes all-natural products developed by veterinarians, such as pet toiletries, nutraceuticals and dental products. Brampton makes pet products aimed at the needs of pet owners, including pet-odor eliminators and house-training aids.

Brampton says it intends to expand the Veterinarian's Best product line. Terms of the acquisition were not released.
