Snoozefest! 10 minutes over is bearable, but anything longer than that will put your team to sleep. Be clear with the reps up front about how much time they have to talk. You could even hold up a warning sign when they have five minutes left to wrap it up. If they don’t respect that, you need to—politely—cut in and cut them off.
