Firstline's team member survey asked respondents to rank eight criteria of job satisfaction from 1 - 8 in order of importance to them, with one being the most important and eight being the least.
These preliminary results show that pay and working with doctors they respect are most important, while benefits and paid continuing education are the least important. Do the results surprise you?
