Amanda Landis-Hanna, DVM, senior manager of veterinary outreach for PetSmart Charities, was selected as part of the 2017/2018 American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Future Leaders class.
Future leaders are a group of veterinarians within their first 0 to 15 years of practice. The AVMA partners these young veterinarians with veterinarians who have had a lot of experience within the AVMA. They learn and grow from each other, and the young veterinarians gain more experience with the logistics of veterinary practice.
