A look into Bash Halow's upcoming Fetch lectures: Part 2

March 15, 2022
Julia Burke, Associate Editor

Conferences | Fetch Charlotte

In this interview, Bash Halow, LVT, CVPM, offers a glimpse into his talk, 'Difficult, But Caring Conversations,' that he will deliver at the upcoming Fetch dvm360® conference.

It's no secret that difficult conversations at the clinic can be dreadful. However, they can also be used to strengthen your relationships with clients, according to Bash Halow, LVT, CVPM.

In this dvm360® interview, Halow shared that he will dive deeper into this topic during his upcoming lecture entitled 'Difficult, But Caring Conversations' by using supporting data and personal anecdotes.

View the video below for the entire discussion. The following is a partial transcript.

Bash Halow, LVT, CVPM: My sense is if you're walking into the room believing that this conversation will be difficult, it's probably going to be difficult. So I'd like to talk to [attendees] about real life examples of how we can talk to employees and clients that might be misbehaving and make that interaction not so terrible, but actually a relationship-building opportunity.
