Kai-Biu Shiu, BVMS, DACVIM (Oncology) , MRCVS, is a specialist veterinary oncology at the VCA Animal Hospitals in Middleton and Madison, Wisconsin, where he has been practicing since 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Glasgow Veterinary School and Royal Veterinary College in London, and he received postgraduate training at Cornell University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also is a scientific advisor to the board of directors of Czar’s Promise, a nonprofit in Wisconsin, and founded the Dane County Veterinary Medical Association.
