Jen Turner, DVM

Jen Turner, DVM, is a Regional Doctor Mentor at Thrive Pet Healthcare, where she supports and mentors veterinarians across the Central Region, helping them build confidence, advance clinical skills, and practice best medicine. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and behavior from Vassar College.

Turner’s background spans private practice, shelter medicine, and veterinary education. Prior to joining Thrive, she served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University and an Assistant Teaching Professor at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Turner is passionate about education, mentorship, and empowering veterinarians at every stage of their careers.
