Erin Meyer is a real estate, design, and construction executive with more than 20 years of experience leading customer-centric retail and healthcare environments from concept to completion. She currently serves as Senior Director of Real Estate and Experience Design for Chewy Vet Care, where she leads real estate, design, architecture, and construction teams to create thoughtful, welcoming spaces for pets, pet parents, and veterinary teams.

Previously, Erin held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Starbucks, overseeing store development and concept innovation globally. She is passionate about building high-performing teams who are empowered to deliver environments that elevate both client, customer and brand experience while driving business results.
