Dr. Polley is a 1971 graduate of the University of Missouri and owner of Harvester Animal Clinic, St. Charles, Mo. He is a practice management consultant and writer and also speaks nationally. He is director of Disaster Veterinary Services-Emergency Animal Rescue Service, United Animal Nations.
