The WVLDI strives to develop future leaders for veterinary medicine by helping professionals get the leadership training they need to serve the profession in the years to come. The WVLDI has a diverse array of men and women veterinary professionals, both young and old, that come together to practice skills such as mentorship to learn how to improve the profession for everyone.
