A woman was charged with maiming and mutilating animals after performing two cat operations in her home. The woman botched a $50 declaw, after which the cat's owner had to take the pet to a licensed veterinarian for corrective surgery. The kitten ultimately lost two toes. An investigation revealed that the woman declawed and neutered another cat for $80.
