Here's a closer look at benefits team members reported receiving in 2014.
More than 75 percent of veterinary team members surveyed by Firstline receive paid vacation, paid holidays and reduced-fee veterinary care. And less than 25 percent of team members report they receive pet insurance, free veterinary care, pre-tax flexible spending accounts or profit sharing.
