Rebecca Tudor, DVM, DACVS, owner of Tarheel Veterinary Surgical Specialists in Louisburg, NC, explains what the DiSC profile is. DiSC is a behavior profile in the form of an assessment that you personally take. It can be used when bringing people onboard at your veterinary practice, and on a daily basis afterward.
Taking the DiSC assessment helps you better understand how you individually function in a certain environment, how you'll respond to certain situations and how you function best with other people.
