Veterinary Dynamics presents a new plasma product to veterinarians in California. West Nile Virus Antibody— Equine Origin can be administered to provide immediate passive immunity as an aid in the control of the disease associated with this virus in adult equidae.

This product can be used to treat specific cases, unvaccinated horses and horses in at-risk areas. The plasma requires no pre-treatment or reconstitution. This fresh frozen plasma product will need to be thawed and administered by a veterinarian via filtered blood administration set.
