Amelia Knight Pinkston, VMD, cVMA, INHC: "I am all about breaking the norm, because if we look around right now, the norm isn't really working for us within the veterinary profession. We are really overwhelmed and stressed and more burnt out. And just as a society in general, unfortunately, the norm is to be sick, overweight, and...unhappy. And so we really need to be recognizing that we can't keep doing what's normal, expecting a different result or to be feeling better."
