Animal Care Technologies introduces VSurv, a fully automated, Web-based client survey tool that allows veterinarians to electronically obtain feedback from clients.
All that is required is to enter client e-mail addresses into the practice management software and the VSurv program does the rest.
VSurv automatically checks to make sure the patient has been discharged from the hospital, has not been euthanized or deceased, and that the client has not been surveyed within the past 90 days.
Clients then receive a thank-you e-mail and request for his or her participation in a brief survey. Survey results are immediately available online, and negative responses can be flagged and e-mailed directly to the address designated by the account administrator.
