At the Fear-Free Friday event at CVC Kansas City, Dr. Marty Becker revealed the top reasons a veterinary practice should enhance the patient experience.

"If a pet's fear and anxiety of going to a veterinary hospital were a disease, I think it'd be the worst pandemic to ever hit veterinary medicine," said Marty Becker, DVM, at the Fear-Free Friday event at CVC Kansas City. So what's the cure? Becker has more than a few ideas in mind.
