Dr. Don Waldron demonstrates canine scrotal urethrostomy (with castration and scrotal ablation). Scrotal urethrostomy may be indicated in dogs with recurrent urethral obstruction due to urolith formation as well as urethral stricture or neoplasia rostral to the scrotum.
