VHMA announces August 2022 CVPM class

Nearly 30 veterinary management professionals recently received this prestigious credential

The Veterinary Hospital Managers Association announced earlier this week that 27 veterinary management professionals earned their Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) credential in August of 2022.

CVPM is a voluntary credential that is recognized as a sign of professional achievement as well as excellence. According to an organizational release,1 the CVPM credential is given to professionals with the knowledge and experience to successfully manage practices.

In order to take the exam to receive the CVPM credential, those interested must meet practice management experience requirements and demonstrate they have earned sufficient formal education and continuing credits. The exam then tests management knowledge in human resources, marketing, organization of the practice, finance, law, and ethics and is available electronically across North America to the registered candidates.
