Veritas Veterinary Partners acquires 2 veterinary hospitals
The acquisition expands its network to Colorado and California
Veritas Veterinary Partners—a national network of over 100 specialty and emergency care providers—announced it acquired Pet Emergency & Specialty Hospital (PESCM) in San Rafael, California, and Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital (Wheat Ridge) in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.

The company also provides those within the network a wide range of opportunities such as continuing education benefits, compensation and benefits programs, equity opportunities for veterinarians, and capital for equipment and facilities.
Through this partnership, PESCM and Wheat Ridge will expand operational capabilities and resources to support teams and deliver quality patient care.
