VCA Animal Hospitals appoints Aaron Frazier to chief operating officer
Long-time VCA leader promoted from general manager to continue serving VCA Canada and take upon VCA’s US Operations
VCA Animal Hospitals, a part of Mars Veterinary Health, has named Aaron Frazier as its new chief operating officer (COO). Before serving in this role, he was the general manager (GM) for VCA Canada, according to a company release.1

As COO, Frazier will report to Todd Lavender, DVM, president of VCA Animal Hospitals and will further serve on the senior leadership team. He retains responsibility for VCA Canada and is to spearhead VCA's US Operations, including the West, Central, and Eastern Divisions, Urgent Care and Innovation.

In 2007, Frazier joined VCA as a regional operations director and has served in various roles in operations and client experience, wellness, and knowledge & learning. Relocating to Canada in 2019, Frazier first as COO and then as GM for Canada.1 Before VCA, he was with Hill's Pet Nutrition for 8 years.
