Use software to spark the return of missing clients
Inactive clients mean decreased pet health and practice revenue. To bring back absent clients, the team at Westmonte Animal Clinic in Altamonte Springs, Fla., used its computer software to generate a list of pet owners who hadn't visited the practice in the past 18 months.
"We sent a mailing to these clients to reintroduce our services," says office manager Linda Reiss. "In that letter we included certain timely specials, payment options, personal clinic information, and a small discount for an office visit. The amount of income generated was 10 times the amount of money spent on the effort."
