Use a fax software program to reduce clutter
We use a fax software program on our computer for referral and record transfer cases. Since the faxes are sent and received in electronic form, there's no need to print any records. Plus, once we receive an electronic file, we can easily attach it to the patient's record without having to store a hard copy. It's green, cheap, and very easy.
