United Pet Group expands recall of nutritional supplements

Cincinnati, Ohio -- Recall now includes an expanded list of nutritional supplements sold nationally at various retailers.

Cincinnati, Ohio

-- Following a voluntary recall of its Pro-pet Adult Daily Vitamin Supplement Tablets last month, United Pet Group is expanding the recall due to possible Salmonella contamination.

The affected products feature expiration dates between 01/2013 and 06/2013. Laboratory testing revealed that some lots of these products may be contaminated with Salmonella.
