Spectrum Surgical Instruments improved its ultrasonic cleaner, making it 16 times more efficient than washing surgical instruments by hand, the company says. The stainless steel tank holds eight-tenths of a gallon plus two ultrasonic transducers. This improvement with the addition of a stainless basket and drain hose makes the unit effective at removing debris from surgical instruments, the company says.
