Training your veterinary team in advance is a big plus when it comes to avoiding conflict in your practice. Make sure your team understands that they are the ones who are responsible for their behavior and interactions with other employees. Make sure they know that they don't necessarily need to like their teammate, but they need to be professional and understand what that means.
