Top 10 wackiest pet names of 2013

Each year, VPI selects the most clever, creative and quirky names that pet insurance policyholders picked that year. This year, they culled it down to 50 unusual dog names and 50 unusual cat names out of a database of more than 500,000 insured pets. They then narrowed the lists down to the 10 most unusual names in each category.
