The new JorVet Thermal pad is an effective, economical solution for veterinarians who are currently using thermal blankets, according to JorVet.The pad is designed with a warming pad placed between two sturdy sheets of polypropylene. The pad will connect to the companys Microtemp Thermal Pump, but also comes with connectors to adapt to other circulating water pumps on the market. The surface of the pad is extremely puncture resistant with a smooth surface for easy cleaning. If the blanket were to develop a leak, it can easily be replaced, JorVet says.
