The inspiration to becoming a practice manager

During an interview with dvm360® at the Veterinary Hero's awards gala, part of the Fetch dvm360® Conference in Kansas City, Matthew McGlasson, DVM, CVPM, explained what he saw that inspired him to become a certified practice manager.

Matthew McGlasson, DVM, CVPM: I saw a lot of need for that in practice. I saw a lot of practices where the culture wasn't healthy, the people were strong, but the culture was not healthy. The people in the practice were not supported like they should be by management.
