Veterinarians who wish to become licensed in California under Business and Professions Code sections 4848(b) or 4848(c) are required to attend the entire course in order to receive a certificate of completion. Roll call will be taken throughout the seminar. Topics covered in the TLC are listed in California's Code of Regulations.
