Take a bite out of bites

According to the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, 800,000 Americans seek medical attention for dog bites each year; half of the victims are children. To raise awareness and educate people about this issue, the AVMA, the U.S. Postal Service, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are sponsoring National Dog Bite Prevention Week May 21 to 27.
