Likely, your veterinary client is dissatisfied because they don't feel like they are being heard, she says. That's why it's always in your best interest to stay connected with clients so if they do leave your practice angry, you know to call them and inquire about the situation. Ask the client how their visit was at your practice and just let them talk. You can then apologize and change the situation.
