The guidesinclude Terminology and Abbreviations; Vital Statistics; and Basic Diagnosticand Surgical Procedures. The reverse side of each guide contains a vocabularylist of common veterinary terminology and includes definitions, the companysays.
The guides are 8.5 x 11 inch sturdy laminated sheets, two-color, double-sided,and can be placed inside cabinets in the pharmacy, treatment area and atthe front desk, the company says. They can also be included in staffingmanuals. The educational guides will help the entire hospital staff improvespelling, knowledge, ability to read and understand the veterinary medicalrecord and communicate with other staff and clients on a professional level,the company says.
