The system is ideal for the equine veterinarian where portability, accurate diagnosis, high productivity and flexible data management are essential, the company says.
The DR-Pro™ 100 and its software were developed in close cooperation with equine veterinarians, the company adds.
The product upgrades an existing, portable film-imaging radiography system with digital imaging capability. It consists of a digital X-ray detector; all necessary support electronics, a laptop PC with applications software and all required cabling.
The system provides digital radiography images that are equal to or better than the film imaging preferences, the company says.
The product allows users to burn images to a CD in the field for client reference.
